1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by My Amicii Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 79 676 350 137 ("the Promoter"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, LinkedIn or any other online platforms that may be used to distribute the giveaway information. 2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 29th October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30th October 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Submit a venue partner enquiry during the NEON Forum conference via the online form provided, and register as a venue partner on the Amicii online platform (app.amici.io) by 30th November 2025;

5. Prize

There are 3 prizes available, consisting of a lifetime free access as an Amicii venue partner for the registered venue. Note: This access is not transferable to any other venues. The Prize will be in the form of a legally binding access agreement incorporating the lifetime free access terms.

6. Winner Selection

This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator. The draw will take place on 3rd November 2025.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winners via their email address used to register for their Amicii account.

9. Prize redemption

• Winners redeem their prize by signing and returning the Access Agreement to Amicii, using the details provided in the agreement, within seven (7) days of receiving the Access Agreement

10. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or winner in connection with this promotion or the use of a prize.

13. Modification and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
