1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by My Amicii Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 79 676 350 137 ("the Promoter"). 2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 29th October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30th October 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Sign up as a registered user on the Amicii online platform (app.amici.io) during the NEON Forum conference;

5. Prize

There are 3 prizes available, consisting of a $100 credit via a unique discount code.

6. Winner Selection

This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator. The draw will take place on 3rd November 2025.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winners via their email address used to register for their Amicii account.

9. Prize redemption

• Winners redeem their prize by entering their winning code when registering for any Amicii Experience of their choice during 2026.

• The venue fee and Amicii booking fee will be deducted from the available credit associated with the winning voucher code.

• Where the Amicii Experience venue fee and booking fee amount to less than the available credit, the remaining credit balance will be available for use on future Amicii experiences during the same period.

• If the Amicii Experience venue fee and Amicii booking fee total amounts to more than the available credit associated with the winning voucher code, the available credit will be deducted from the total and the winner will be required to pay the balance remaining.

10. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or winner in connection with this promotion or the use of a prize.

13. Modification and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
