1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by My Amicii Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 79 676 350 137 ("the Promoter"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, LinkedIn or any other online platforms that may be used to distribute the giveaway information.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 25th March 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 7th April 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Complete an Amicii User Survey, Amicii User RNA Survey or an Amicii User RA Survey using the relevant links delivered to their email address;

• Include their name and email address in their answers to the survey;

• Complete the Survey within the competition dates noted in the Competition Period in Clause 3.

5. Prize

There is 1 prize available, consisting of a $50 Visa Gift Card.

6. Winner Selection

This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator. The draw will take place on 8th April 2025.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner via their email address provided when completing the survey.

9. Prize redemption

Winner redeems their prize by following the instructions provided by Card.Gift, the provider of the digital Visa Gift Card. The Visa Gift Card may be added to the winner’s digital wallet.

10. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or winner in connection with this promotion or the use of a prize.

13. Modification and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
