1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by My Amicii Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 79 676 350 137 ("the Promoter"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, LinkedIn or any other online platforms that may be used to distribute the giveaway information.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 1 August 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st August 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Sign up as a registered user on the Amicii online platform (app.amici.io);

• Register for and attend an Amicii Experience available on the Amicii online platform for events occurring during the month of August 2025;

• Attend the Amicii Experience that they registered for;

• Participants can earn multiple entries by attending multiple Amicii Experiences during the month of August 2025;

• Like one of the giveaway post on Instagram (via the Amicii Instagram account);

• Follow the accounts noted in the relevant giveaway post on Instagram;

• Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

5. Prize

There is 1 prize per Amicii Experience in August available. The prize for each experience will be free attendance at that experience - provided in the form of a refund to the winning participant.

6. Winner Selection

This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator. Each draw will take place on the day of each Amicii Experience in August.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within on the day of each draw.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winners to the account they purchased their Amicii Experience with.

9. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

10. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or winner in connection with this promotion or the use of a prize.

12. Modification and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
