Neighbourhood Nights is Amicii's district dining campaign — a partnership between Amicii, your local district and a small group of participating venues. Here's how it works and what it means for your business.
Each Neighbourhood Nights campaign focuses on one Sydney going-out district. Working together, Amicii, the district coordinator and a selected group of local venues collaborate to promote a series of small group dining experiences across the campaign period — giving the local community a reason to discover (or rediscover) the venues on their doorstep and a way to meet their neighbours and make some new friends.
The campaign is designed to drive a targeted, local audience to your venue through the Amicii platform. Guests browse and book small group experiences you create — a trivia night, a cocktail masterclass, a share-plate dinner, a board games evening — whatever suits your venue and your customers.
What Neighbourhood Nights is — and who's involved.
Amicii
Manages the platform, creates the campaign framework and runs the digital marketing. We co-create content with participating venues and provide ready-made materials to support your own promotion.
The district
Lends its name to the campaign and provides promotional support to help spread the word locally. Each campaign is named after its district — e.g. Neighbourhood Nights — Balmain Rozelle Edit.
Your venue
Creates and hosts the experiences. Amicii provides the infrastructure for locals to meet new people at great local venues — turning your tables into a destination for curious Sydneysiders looking to expand their social world.
From first conversation to full tables - what to expect
We make contact ahead of your district’s campaign
Before a district campaign launches, we reach out to venues in the area to explain the concept and discuss whether it's a good fit. If you're already on the Amicii platform, we'll talk about how to build on what you've already created. If you're new to Amicii, we'll walk you through everything.
We plan the experiences together
We work with you to design experiences that suit your venue — format, timing, price point, what's included. We provide guidance and templates. You know your customers. Experiences should offer a variety of days, times and styles across the campaign so there's always something to suit different schedules.
Collaborative promotion
Amicii handles the campaign marketing, with promotional support from the district. As a new platform, the more we can amplify together the better — so we'll provide ready-made content and templates to make sharing what you're hosting as easy as possible and facilitate collaborative content.
Pre-paid bookings arrive. Guests show up
Guests book and pay through the Amicii platform before they arrive. There's no cash handling or bill-splitting on the night — revenue is confirmed in advance. Your staff know guests are coming for an Amicii experience and can welcome them accordingly.
The campaign ends. Your Amicii presence continues
After the campaign, your venue remains live on Amicii. You can continue to post experiences at any time and participate in future campaigns — including monthly themed collaborations. The local audience you've built doesn't disappear when the campaign wraps.

Amicii's platform is built to help locals meet new people through shared dining experiences. Your venue is where those connections happen — giving locals an extra reason to walk through your door and keep coming back.
12 months free — and a say in how the platform develops
The Amicii platform is free for venue partners for the first 12 months — no subscription, no commission, no lock-in. As an early partner, you also get the opportunity to help shape the platform as it grows, so it works the way you need it to. Depending on the campaign, participating venues may also receive extras through our brand partnerships — such as drinks offers or prizes for guests — though these vary by district.
Already on the Amicii platform?
Neighbourhood Nights is a natural extension of what you're already doing. When your district campaign launches, we'll work with you to amplify your existing presence, add campaign-specific experiences and drive a concentrated local audience to your venue across the campaign period.
